Our spacious townhouse has lovely rural views from its roof-top pool and terraces and is the perfect place to unwind and relax with family or friends. We're less than 10 minutes drive from everything Sotogrande has to offer: - the bustling marina with its many shops and restaurants - five world-class golf courses - a choice of tennis and padel clubs - beautiful beaches - three polo fields Also within easy reach are: - Gibraltar - Malaga - Jerez (the home of sherry) - Cadiz - Seville - Ronda - Marbella - Tarifa (for kite surking) - ferry trips to Morocco
Bettina (who speaks fluent German and very good Spanish) and Jon (who only speaks English) are usually always available by email or phone call - details supplied once the booking is confirmed - if you have any issues. Locally, we have our brilliant property manager, Amelia and her amazing team who can attend to resolve most issues. Bettina and I live in Wales, UK, with our two teenage children, but we love spending time in Andalucia. We enjoy playing tennis, golf and padel as well as walks in the beautiful countryside locally and love, love, love Spanish food!
San Enrique de Guadiaro is a small village located near the Sotogrande Resort and just a 2-minute drive from A7/AP-7 highway which gives quick access to all the resorts along the Costa del Sol. You'll need a car and there is free parking on the driveway of the property and on the road outside.
