Fabulous 3 bedroom apartment less than 2 minutes walk from the beach (150m) with stunning views over adjacent communal gardens and the Mediterranean sea. The urbanization has 24-hour access control and security.
I enjoy introducing new people to our beautiful part of the world. I offer a very friendly, personal approach with all bookings and meet clients in person on arrival. I enjoy sightseeing, travelling, sports, reading and spending time in our beautiful surroundings.
The prestigious port of Sotogrande with all its shops, bars, and restaurants are also within walking distance. The apartment located less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. There are a large range of sports clubs surrounding the apartment including Tennis, Golf, Polo and Watersports.
