Sotogrande. Beautiful refurbished (2022) duplex, light, with lots of nice touches, just 2 minutes away from supermarkets, coffees and bars. Upper bedroom with queen bed, huge bathroom and a nice and quiet terrace. In the lower part, american kitchen open on the living room, with 2 sofas beds for 2 adults or 4 children. 2 terraces facing the sun, the gardens and two pools. Fully equiped. 5mns drive to Trocadero beach club, Polo and from the port of Sotogrande.
The flat is situated near the Polo and Sotomarket. There is a language school, Pilates school, supermakets, hairdresser, coffee shops 5 mns walk from the flat. Easy access to the motorway, and 5 mns drive to the village. The place is not busy even if summer, it's a family condomium. Marbella is half an hour drive from Sotogrande, Tarifa 40 mns, and Gibraltar 30 mns. Plenty of tennis court, Padel courts, car and bicycle rentals are available nearby. The famous port of Sotogrande is 7 mns drive by car, many terraces, restaurants, beach clubs and night markets around, and of course the famous Polo Club, just 2 mns drive from the appartement.
