I, Pauline, a 60 something scot, having holidayed in El Medano during 14 years, moved permanently in 1998 to live the peaceful life in the sun, am happy and proud to be able to offer truly pretty , clean and comfortable holiday homes to others.

Property information

Marineda is a complex with swimming pool on the Cabezo coast in El Medano, a 3 minute walk to the main beach, shopping area and restaurants. Apartment Marineda 312B is an extremely pretty, bright apartment, south facing, looking out over the swimming pool with views to Cabezo bay on the left and Playa Sur on the right. It is very spacious (63m2) and it comprises one bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine), lounge/dining area with free 300Mb fibre optic WIFI, smart TV and a sunny balcony facing the pool. It also offers underground parking
