Enjoy this comfortable studio located in the heart of San Andres suitable for 2 travellers, providing all the basic amenities needed to enjoy both a short or long term stay. The studio is one of two properties located within a private building, with shared use of an outside/patio and washing machine. The room provides a well equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a shower, as well as Wi-Fi & TV. Just minutes away from Playa de las Teresitas beach and within walking distance from a selection of affordable bars and restaurants where guests can enjoy fresh local fish and Canarian specialities. Only 15 minutes away from the centre Santa Cruz via public transport, with bus stops just metres away from the property.

San Andres is a small but lively village, the locals are warm and welcoming and it has everything you may need all within walking distance, from bars, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, a church, beach access, mountain access. There’s plenty to do and loads to see!
