This newly built apartment is located in Sun Valley, a private gated complex within La Cala Golf with breathtaking views over the golf course and the Andalucian valley.
The south-east facing terrace looks over the pool area & the golf course.
The apartment is within walking distance of 3 restaurants at the nearby resort. Just a 10-minute drive away, you can enjoy the picturesque village of La Cala where you have access to the finest beaches, restaurants and shopping.
This apartment provides stylish and spacious accommodation for 4 people and has been decorated and fitted out to a very high standard.
It is fully furnished and equipped to ensure you have a perfect relaxing stay.
As you enter the apartment you'll find a tastefully decorated living room & dining area with direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy relaxing in one of the sun loungers or a sit-down meal overlooking the beautiful scenery of La Cala Golf.
The fully fitted kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing mashing, dryer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine.
2 double bedrooms - both with 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes provide a relaxing space to rest after a day on the golf course.
The master bedroom is en-suite and has access to the terrace.
There are 2 bathrooms. They are both equipped with a walk-in shower, vanity cabinet and a toilet.
The apartment has both hot and cold air conditioning and is on the 1st floor which is accessible either by stairs or lift.
This development is secured by gates and there is an allocated space in the covered car park within the secured area.
The Community has a big swimming pool & children's paddling pool.
