Lovely countryside home with swimming-pool outside Pollensa. The villa is very secluded and surrounded by a mature garden and Mediterranean pine trees. Several excellent beaches including Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Alcudia are within a short drive's distance, as well as Pollensa town, that offers a wide range of cultural activities as well as restaurants, bars and cafés. The area also has excellent routes for trekking, mountain biking and other open-air sports. The house has two bedrooms, one double and one twin (with en suite shower room), as well as a separate large family bathroom. There is also a low ceiling mezzanine with a roof terrace. The spacious living room has French doors opening out onto the covered terrace that overlooks the garden and the swimming-pool and where you will enjoy lazy afternoons and long summer meals al fresco. There is a separate dining room with stylish furniture and a large, country style kitchen which tastefully combines the traditional charming features with modern appliances. The kitchen has direct access to the side terrace, next to the built-in barbecue. On this side of the house, you will also find the laundry room.
