Huge beaches, in the heart of Doñana National Park and its proximity to Rocío are the main attractions of the location of this house in the best area of the entire Matalascañas beach, Caño Guerrero. Less than 200 meters from the beach. Between the Shopping Center and the MAS Supermarket. The chalet consists of a very spacious living room with a sofa bed, with two large windows that provide lots of light. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and two refrigerators. Two full bathrooms, four bedrooms, a front porch from which you can see the sea and a backyard with a storage room.

I was so satisfied that I began to think what someone who came to visit Seville attracted by its culture and monuments should feel if they could stay in my house and feel the same as I feel. So that idea gradually grew stronger and I decided to put it into action. So now it's up to you to have a unique experience in a unique place. The promenade to which the chalet overlooks is the widest in all of Matalascañas, with a design of garden areas and where all the variety of leisure you may need is offered without leaving the area: cafes, bars, restaurants, beach bars, Drinks, ice cream parlors and lots of fun focused on the little ones in the house. An ideal chalet to enjoy all the comforts and without having to take the car all the holidays.
