Sunny Breeze Holiday Apartment (Sleeps 4 Sea View,FREE WIFI ,UK/ Spainish TV ) Privately owned,two bedroom apartment situated just 50 mtrs. from the golden sand beaches and the beautiful azure waters of Mojacar's sea front.This penthouse apartment is situated in the gated community of the Perla Del Mar(Pearl of the Sea) which includes two swimming pools and extensive landscaped gardens, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying a relaxing holiday.The development is completely gated providing a safe and secure environment The apartment provides two full size bedrooms a double and the second equipped with two single beds. A further bed is available in the lounge area by the use of sofa bed.The apartment will sleep up to six persons comfortably.The lounge is fully equipped with display cabinet providing ample storage space,a dining table that comfortably seats up to six people and a sofa bed. The apartment has a flat screen television and free WIFI. The terrace offers great sea and mountain views and the apartment has a large solarium with 360 degree views across Mojacar. This apartment is our second home and it equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed holiday.
We are a couple who are restaurateurs in Mojacar Playa. We have operated our restaurant in this area for many years and as such we have a detailed knowledge of the area. If you have any questions prior to booking or when you are staying in our apartment please don,t hesitate to contact us ,we will be more than pleased to answer your queries. As I've said our apartment is our second home and as such we want you to enjoy your stay. To ensure this we have equipped the apartment with a combination microwave', a full size hob and oven and a washing machine plus all the items we feel you need to relax and enjoy Mojacar.
Our apartment sits just 50 mtrs from a fantastic golden sand beach and within 200 mtrs of restaurants bars etc. Perla Del Mar is a gated community with two swimming pools and landscaped gardens. It is the idea place for a stress free family holiday. The center of Mojacar Playa with dozens of restaurants , bars shops and supermarkets is just a two minute drive away. There are several 18 hole golf clubs within easy driving distance. The Mojacar region enjoys a wonderful warm temperate climate and it is ideal for both summer and winter vacations. Mojacar is our home a wonderful town, as residents we have an extensive knowledge of the town and the area , if you have any queries please don,t hesitate to contact us
