The apartment in Costa Adeje has three bedrooms and a capacity for seven people. Accommodation of 85 m² tastefully furnished with a terrace of 60 m² is fully-equiped, it has views of the sea. We have heated pool and lots of kid toys to enjoy with family your stay. The property is located in front of the Aqualand, 100 m from supermarket and pharmacy, 150 m from the restaurants, 100m from the bus stop, 1 km from a sandy, kid-friendly beach, 2 km rock beach, 4 km golf course, 19 km airport (exit San Eugenio). A tennis center (with courts and paddel) is 8 minutes walk. Siam Park and Mall are 10 minutes walk away. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, internet (Wi-Fi), electric heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms, heated swimming pool communal, open-air parking near the building, 3 TVs. The open plan kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine (moka) If anything else is needed, please message us and we will sort it out for you.
