Fresh renovated one bedroom apartment with ocean view from any windows. Appartment is located next to the beach which five minute walking from it. The building has its own swimming pool and a garden. There is free parking place outside. 5-minutes by car or by bus there's Icod De los Vinos. Our city famous by the local wine and hospitality. The pool now is temporary closed because of coronavirus.

Usually we personally have a meet with the guests.
The apartments are on the first line. If you prefer waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying the view right from your bedroom window this is the perfect place to do it. 5 minutes away by bus or car is one of the oldest town in Tenerife, Icod de los Vinos, with the famous dragon tree, butterfly museum, Guanche museum and wine museum. On the beach that located on the 5 minutes walk we have a couple cozy restaurants with the local food and fresh seafood. There is a bus stop near the building. Route to city will take approximately 5 minutes.
