The holiday apartment "Sunset Panorama Beach" is located in Torrox Costa in a very quiet area and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. The accommodation is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to log in with your own credentials to access Netflix and other streaming services. A cot and a highchair are available under request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool and an open terrace that offers a view of the sea. It's the perfect spot for refreshing dips in the pool, dining outside and catching sunsets with your loved ones. The swimming pool will be closed from the 30th of September. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, garden furniture and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed under request for an extra fee (max. 1 pet up to 7kg). The property has step-free access and interior. Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. Late check-in (after 10pm) possible for an extra fee. There is an extra fee for electricity. The pool is open from april until november. The deposit will be taken upon arrival in cash. An elevator is available in the building. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
