This bright and modern apartment is located on the front line with unparalleled sea views. Perfect for a family beach holiday to Nerja, enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include WiFi, A/C (in the living room and in each bedroom), and an LED Smart TV and a projector. This apartment has a large private balcony that faces the Mediterranean. Wake up to the fresh sea breeze and watch the sunset from here in the evenings. You can also enjoy the use of the shared pool complete with an outdoor shower as well as the gardens on the grounds. WiFi is suitable for video calls. Parties are strictly forbidden. A high chair and baby cot are available on request for an additional cost. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available both on-site and on the street. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The pool is open from the 15th of April until the 15th of October. This property has an elevator and a step-free interior. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, highchairs.
