With a view over the beautiful Almadrava Bay, the apartment is located in a very quiet area and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Tastefully decorated and furnished, you can relax and enjoy the sea view from the terrace in a quiet area. Your vacation apartment consists of: - One room with a sea view with a double bed of superior quality bedding, - One bedroom with two single beds of superior quality bedding, - A double sofa bed in the living room, - A shower room with WC, - A living room with a sea view, a dining table and a flat screen television with satellite antenna, - A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, mixer, etc), - A fitted terrace facing south with sea view, The flat is equipped with a television with a TNT decoder for French channels only (no Spanish channels). No wifi. The parking is outside, the places are public but easily accessible. Stay in the favorite neighborhood of travelers visiting Roses for a successful vacation. You will be able to enjoy : - The circuits of excursions accessible on foot directly since the apartment in a natural framework between sea and mountain, - The bay of Almadrava with its fine sandy beach and its rich marine fauna, - The nautical activities of the bay of Rosas (sailing, yachting, fishing, diving, etc.) and its sunny climate throughout the year, - Summer evenings in restaurants and bars with their feet in the sand and the numerous stores of Roses.
