Ideally located on the beachfront with a great private terrace. 2 options for your reservations : - 3 rooms apartment with 100m2 private terrace on the seefront - 1 room apartment with balcony and side sea view + acces to a 30 m2 private terrace on the sea front (upper level, acces by building stairs) Enjoy a great sandy beach over 2 Km long, right outside the apartment. The neighborhood has all the services you need (shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy) and a large free public parking (El Palmeral). The historic center is only 15 minutes away on foot or 5 by car, and the bus and train station is at the same distance. The nearest urban bus stop is less than 2 minutes away. Apartments just renovated in 2022. Each one has a private terrace with sea view. Both living and bedrooms have air conditioner and ceiling fan.

I spend long periods abroad for work and I am available by mail, sms and whtsapp for any questions before and during the stay. In addition, the person who will receive you, will be available for anything.

In the heart of the city of Almeria, the Paseo Marítimo area and the Zapillo neighborhood offer you everything you need to enjoy your holidays. In addition to a huge sandy beach, blue flagged, with showers, lifeguard and other services, you will find several cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets right outside the apartment, and much more services a few meters away. About 15 minutes west is the Nautical Club wich offers activities such as tennis, paddle tennis, swimming or sailing classes. Walking the same distance to the east, you will find the Maestro Padilla Auditorium, with its diversified cultural program, especially in summer. The apartment is less than 10 minutes away from Power Horse football stadium and the Recinto ferial, where the majors concerts ans matchs in Almeria take place.
