The apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a smart TV, and a large dining table. Three balconies provide fantastic city views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and crockery. There is also a half bathroom adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and several windows facing the street. The en suite bathroom is bright, with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom with a spacious shower. Located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful building with an elevator. Access to the apartment is digital, requiring a smartphone with internet to unlock both exterior and interior doors. Instructions will be sent upon booking.
