Close to the municipality of Artà, the 3-storey Finca Taconera is situated in an absolutely secluded location and offers its guests a maximum level of privacy as well as a relaxing holiday in harmony with nature. On 300 m² of living space, the Majorcan finca has a lovingly decorated living/dining room with rustic ceiling beams, a very well-equipped country kitchen with modern kitchen appliances and a dining area, 3 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning in all bedrooms, satellite TV, board games, a baby cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight is the fantastic outdoor area, which covers 18,000 m² of land and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Both the covered veranda and the terrace on the 1st floor are equipped with large dining areas, lounge furniture and a barbecue so that you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your loved ones. The 47.5 m² pool, whose fenced area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, also invites you to cool off on warm summer days. Be enchanted by the gently sloping lawns, palm trees and Mediterranean plants and enjoy the unique view of nature and the mountains on the horizon. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 4.1 km or a 7-minute drive away and a variety of beautiful bays and sandy beaches, such as Cala Rajada, are 14 km or a 20-minute drive from the finca.
