Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. New Property 2024! If relaxed, beachy living and waking up to the sounds of the sea are your kind of holiday heaven, then you’re bound to fall head over heels for The Beach Loft. Enviably located a mere 120meters from the pebbled beach front of Montañar 1, this single-bedroom, two storey apartments oozes seaside charm while offering modern installations such as air-conditioning, a Smart TV and Fibre internet speeds. Inside, the lounge is small but perfectly formed and flooded with light from a full height balcony that looks out over the roofs of the Pueblo Blanco II complex. On the same floor the large bedroom has its own balcony, offering glimpses of the sea and a superb en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower, handy vanity unit and gorgeous patterned floor tiles. On the top floor the ample size kitchen is formed from simple but effective open shelves, covered by pretty panels of fabric. Installed with all the usual mod-cons, and no less than two types of coffee machine, the rustic shelving and modern gadgets work in perfect harmony with one another. A small indoor table with seating for two is perfect for a quick bite before hitting the beach but the real star of the apartment is the large, outdoor terrace with its covered dining table, sunbeds, and glorious views of the sea, palms, and sky. This is a wonderful space for eating, drinking or just simply relaxing in, morning, noon, or night.
