Property information

This beautiful and spacious semi detached-house is located in a privileged place, in front of a beach. Recharge your batteries by watching the sunrises at your balcony and end your day enjoying the terrace while listening to the sound of the waves. The apartment also has an office where you can work with views to the sea. You will find another working space in one of the bedrooms. Equipped with all amenities, in our property you will have a memorable stay. The space is distributed as follows: when you enter the property, you will find on the right a covered area where you can park your vehicle. On the left, you will see the access to the house. Once inside the house, on the left, you will find the 1st full bathroom of the property (there are three in total, all with shower). Then, you will enter the master bedroom, equipped with its own bathroom, and wooden stairs that will lead you to the dressing room, and a splendid balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. The following two spaces of the house are, in order: a bedroom equipped with a trundle bed and built-in wardrobe; another bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a working space. All the bedrooms of the house have sea views and the bedrooms with double beds are equipped with tv. Following with the visit, in the lower floor, you will find the spacious and elegant living room, where you can access the wonderful terrace overlooking the beach. On the right side, just next to the stairs, the last full bathroom in the property. To finish, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and access, on the left, to the interior patio where the washing machine is located. To the right, to the office that communicates also directly with the terrace and with the living room. Please, note that it will be necessary to have internet connection or phone line on your arrival for the remote opening (self check-in).
