The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the communal gardens and saltwater pool from the wonderful terrace, which can be reached via the living room. There is a nice neighbourhood with shops 800 m away and Motril, the largest town on the Costa Tropical, is 5 km away. The entire coastline offers natural beaches with unforgettable sunsets. Another fantastic destination is Granada, 80 km away, with its famous monuments and, in winter, the Sierra Nevada for skiing holidaymakers. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
