Two bedrooms has queen-size beds, the third has two single beds. The main floor has an entryway, two bathrooms, along with an open-concept area combining the kitchen, dining space, and living room. This area connects to the pool area through a sizable glass sliding door. The living room is furnished with a couch and coffee table, the dining area has a large table for six persons. The kitchen includes bar stools by the island and has a spacious fridge, freezer, stove, cooktop, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The basement has a large spacious open area with a separate bathroom with shower. This multipurpose room houses a large queen-size bed in one section and a smaller double bed in another, complemented by a sofa, TV area, and pool table in the centre. A laundry corner with a washing machine occupies a separate portion of the space. The villa has air conditioning units in all rooms for heating and cooling. The property has a generous solarium and a private garden and pool area that presents multiple seating zones, sun loungers, and a dining table for four.
