Our elegantly designed frontline townhouse at La Torre offers stunning views overlooking the 15th hole of the golf course. Situated in a quieter part of the resort, it is ideal for golfers or young families. The property is just 100 metres from two of the many children’s play areas and a seven-minute walk from the nearest of the resort’s 22 swimming pools, as well as tennis, padel courts, and petanque. An additional eight-minute walk brings you to the resort centre, where you can enjoy a variety of bars and restaurants. The fully air-conditioned property features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be zipped together to form a super king-size bed if preferred. For families with babies, a travel cot and stair gate are provided at no extra cost. Central heating ensures comfort during cooler winter nights. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and there is a telephone for complimentary calls to other properties within the resort. One bedroom is located downstairs. In the lounge area, you’ll find a leather corner suite, satellite TV with UK channels, streaming services, a Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, CD player, and a collection of over three hundred DVDs, CDs, books, and games. The kitchen is equipped with a new oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee pod machine, cafetière, air fryer, and dishwasher. The washing machine is located outside. For your convenience, a water filter has been added to the cold water tap, providing high-quality drinking water. The main bedroom is upstairs, featuring air conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV, Xbox, and iPod dock. Patio doors open onto the upstairs terrace, which overlooks the golf course. On the terrace, you’ll find a table, four chairs, four sun-loungers, and a barbecue. The upstairs bathroom includes a bath with shower, vanity basin, and bidet. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, highchairs.
