Three-storey townhouse, its most precious jewel is the roof terrace with a Moroccan boho style terrace where you can enjoy lovely evenings or relax with a Moorish tea and the small Moroccan pool for you to cool off and relax after sunbathing on the sun loungers. For your convenience, you will find a fridge for you to enjoy cold refreshments. From the roof terrace there are mountain and sea views. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with sofa and a modern smart TV, you can enjoy the cosy fireplace. The living room is individually air-conditioned and connects to a charming inner courtyard. In the dining room there is a table with seating for six people. In the inner courtyard you will find a space full of charm and tranquility. Decorated with "awning sails" to mitigate the heat and a table and chairs, ideal for reading a book or having relaxed conversations. On the front terrace, you will find a tekka table with seating for 6 people and in the centre of the table, you will find two specific spaces designed to keep your drinks cool. A folding pergola provides shade. The kitchen is fully equipped, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchenware. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The first floor houses three cosy bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable double beds, private televisions, individual air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom with a rain shower that adds a touch of luxury to your experience. There is internet connection in all areas, high quality bed linen and towels, as well as amenities for your comfort. In addition, an allocated parking space is included outside the flat.
