The house has a beautiful view of the sea and is located 2.5 km from the city centre of Nerja in Spain's southern Costa del Sol region. The 80 m² 2-floors property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 (5) people. The vacation home also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only on the ground floor), a fan, a washing machine and a TV. Children are allowed and a baby bed (travel cod) is also available in the house. The vacation home has a private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. Free parking is available on the property and on the street. Pets are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
