Conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, there is a supermarket where you can stock up on essentials. You'll also find a few local spots in the village for lunch or dinner. For a wider range of dining options, we recommend visiting the neighbouring town of San Miguel de Tajao, renowned for its numerous excellent fish and seafood restaurants. Hikers and nature lovers will love exploring the local area. You can discover the rugged coast by taking a leisurely walk along the footpath towards Abades, where you'll discover many coves, rock pools, and sandy beaches. El Porís is ideally situated, just a 15-minute drive from Tenerife South Airport (Aeropuerto Reina Sofia) and the vibrant town of El Médano with its beachfront cafes, water sports, and weekly farmers markets. With easy access to the beaches, nightlife, and shopping in the south and the local culture, wild beaches, and gastronomic delights of the north of Tenerife, El Porís is the perfect base to explore the whole island.
