Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located Apartment. Very modern and clean with everything you need. Washing machine, dish washer, oven, Microwave and ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot nights. T.V. Free Wifi and all the usual essentials to make a perfect holiday. Limited free parking. The pool is gorgeous with a great pool bar.
Just a 4 minute walk down to many shops, bars and restaurants. Only a five minute taxi ride to the nearest beach. Or a 15 minute walk.
Lovely pool and surrounding area, with plenty of sunbeds and seating areas along side the pool bar. This is a place to relax and enjoy.
I have lived in Gran Canaria for 30 years. It's a great place to live and I love it here. You will have a really lovely holiday. The weather is always good in Puerto Rico and there is so much to see and do. I love meeting people and the overall atmosphere here is very friendly, so it's very easy to make new friends.
I love to swim and the sea here is very inviting. The beaches are very clean and great for a day of sunbathing. Remember your flip flops as the sand can get very hot, and of course your suntan lotion, the higher the factor the better :)
Lots of great places to visit. Local bus service is very good and your main bus station is just at the bottom of the hill.
If you are nature lovers and want to see some tradition, Fataga is absolutely gorgeous.
Lots of lovely beaches nearby. Besides Puerto Rico beach, there is Anfi del Mar and Amadores. These are white sand beaches. Or you have Arguineguin Beach, with black sand and a lovely little harbour lined with nice Tapas Bars and cafes.
Puerto de Mogan is very beautiful and is a taxi boat ride away from the main harbour in Puerto Rico. There is a lovely golden beach there right next to a marina lined with beautiful yachts. Nice restaurants for a lovely lunch, next to the Atlantic Ocean.
