Spectacular recently renovated home with a very careful, modern and fully equipped decoration. Capacity up to 4 people. It is ideal for families (it has a crib, high chair and bathtub for babies) or groups of up to 4 people. In the main room, the living room (with a 140X190 sofa bed) and the fully equipped kitchen are integrated into the same open space. It has a bedroom/dressing room, with large closets and drawers, for your greatest comfort. Two bedrooms with double beds, each with a different and current style. The bathroom is spacious, colorful and has a large bathtub. Full of original and natural details, which create a special and pleasant atmosphere for our guests. It has an underground parking space very close. Located in Triana, the neighborhood with the most art and tradition in the city. Area surrounded by local businesses, bars and supermarkets. It is very close to the famous Triana bridge and 10 minutes from the historic center. Taxi ranks, bus lines and Metro line 1 very close.

Triana is the most popular neighborhood in the city. Separated from the center of Seville by the Guadalquivir river. Its streets and squares full of color, bars and a good atmosphere at any time, make Triana one of the main attractions of our capital. Points of interest include the Triana Bridge (Elisabeth II Bridge), Plaza del Altozano, the food market, the Castillo de San Jorge, or the picturesque Betis Street. Also noteworthy are the Church of Santa Ana, the Mariners chapel and the Patrocinio basilica, among others. It is located in one of the main arteries of the neighborhood, just a few minutes from the Guadalquivir River and the Torre del Oro.
