THE BUILDING where the apartment is located IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING some REPAIRS. Although there is ongoing work, I want to assure you that it does not affect the use of the apartment. The work is quiet and only takes place during regular working hours
We have the beach just a few minutes away, a swimming pool shared with the other neighbours in the building, a pony club 20 min away by car, there are also sports clubs where you can get weekly vouchers, cinemas, big shopping centres, fun parks for kids etc. THE BUILDING where the apartment is located IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING some REPAIRS. Although there is ongoing work, I want to assure you that it does not affect the use of the apartment. The work is quiet and only takes place during regular working hours
