Property information

The property is located in the best beach area of Valecia, only 10 min away by car park from the downtown. A modern complex with its own private pool and paddle court. High security, concierge and the view from the terrace has both sea view and pool view.

Neighbourhood information

Patacona is very famous in Valencia for its modern aspect, cleanness and safety. Family friendly with lots of restaurants and bars on the beach. Also has gym, supermarkets and small parks, located next to the beach.
