The villa is extremely luxurious and very much a home from home, with loads of amenities, including heated pool, bespoke heated jacuzzi, Balinese chill-out area, Moroccan roof terrace with outdoor cinema, and plenty indoor and outdoor entertainment, such as table tennis, pool toys, board games, books, DVDs, full Sky TV, Xbox etc. The views of the mountains and sea are to die for, and there is tons of space for extended groups and families, with extensive terraces, garden, living room, several dining areas and a large kitchen. All 5 bedrooms are large and can easily accommodate extra beds and cots if required. Within a 2 minute walk we have a bar / restaurant and tennis court, but the villa itself is very peaceful and private, with nobody overlooking it.
We bought the villa in 2003 and after a complete renovation in the early years have been improving it ever since. Rarely does a year go by when we don't introduce a new feature to pamper our guests - the latest is the re-vamp of the roof terrace, which we have done in a Moroccan style, including a large flat screen TV recessed into the wall for cinema nights or an alternative place to watch the various sporting events on Sky TV whilst lounging on the comfy wraparound seating.
The area surrounding the villa is fantastic: amazing sea and mountain views and beautiful countryside; great restaurants, bars and shopping nearby, and the beaches are incredible, ranging from rocky coves south of Javea to endless idyllic sandy beaches from Denia to Javea. The waterfalls slightly inland are always worth a visit, and there are caves, waterparks, amusement parks, markets and endless other entertainments on offer. Cycling, golf, tennis, padel, watersports, hiking or just plain relaxing are all possible - if you book with us we will provide you with our own personal guide of what we love to do in the area, together with our favourite restaurants, beaches etc.
