My name is Alex, I serve as an architect and run a small company branded as ArchSense Apartments dedicated to personalized management of properties for vacation rentals and monthly lease in Catalonia and Galicia. We offer a wide variety of accommodations across the territory, from luxury Vila on the coast up to a small studio in the centre. We’re more than just an accommodation provider, our apartments are carefully selected where I and my colleagues will give you a worm welcome and 24/7 support if needed during the stay. From the tiniest detail to the biggest request, if there`s anything you need, we have you covered. Our properties are fully equipped with everything you may need for a joyful stay with friends or family, living in one of our apartments gives you a chance to mix up with neighbours and feel the local lifestyle, be one of us for a while. Since there are so many holiday apartments to choose from, why us? Because we´re dynamic and friendly team and make sure that all of our guests are treated warmly and feel at home being far from home.

This is the most luxurious apartment in Pontevedra, located in the emblematic Praza da  Verdura, the most dynamic and entertaining square in the city, where you´ll find bars and restaurants full of local people and friendly and quiet atmosphere. The apartment has been refurbished in May 2018, with high quality materials and nice and modern design. It is located on the first floor and there is NO ELEVATOR.,There´re two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite) Open style kitchen and living room with everything you need to spend a pleasant evening with friends or family, cooking or simply having wine at the bar.

In Pontevedra, the usual soundtrack of a Spanish city has been replaced by the tweeting of birds and the chatter of humans.With all but the most essential traffic banished, there are no revving engines or honking horns, no metallic snarl of motorbikes or the roar of people trying make themselves heard above the din – none of the usual soundtrack of a Spanish city. What you hear in the street instead are the tweeting of birds in the camellias, the tinkle of coffee spoons and the sound of human voices. Teachers herd crocodiles of small children across town without the constant fear that one of them will stray into traffic. Among the city with no traffci you can enjoy famous galician food and the most beautiful beaches in Spain.
