"La Casita Bonita" You can enjoy this like no other during your stay in this apartment. Located almost directly at the beach; you only have to cross the street and you are on the "Platja de l'Arenal" and thus the beautiful sandy beach of Javea. The trendy restaurants and liveliness at the Arenal Boulevard are the 'key ingredients' for a successful holiday! The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is an elevator. Parking is not a problem, this is possible in the private parking space on the property, which is closed with an electric gate. In July 2021 the apartment has undergone a major facelift and is fully furnished in a 'Bohemian style' for the ultimate holiday feeling! From the living room you walk through the patio doors onto the spacious balcony that goes round the apartment. The large bedroom has a wonderfully spacious bed of 180 cm wide, a seat and French doors to the balcony. Also the smaller bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine available. The location is perfect for real beach lovers! We took care of beach chairs and a cool box ;) NOTE: Check-in is being arranged via Aguila Rent. Meaning: Check in and check out happens at their office. But don't worry the office is only a 5 minute (2.7 km) drive from the appartment.

The location is perfect for real beach lovers, but if you want to spend a day at the pool, this is also possible at the Padel club around the corner. L'Ancora is a cozy tennis/padel club, where you can use the swimming pool all day if you purchase drinks and who knows, play a ball of the Oh so popular padel! There are also 2 golf courses (Jávea and La Sella) and opportunities for tennis, karting, horse riding, fishing, renting a boat, walking, making trips to Valencia, Alicante, Benidorm or one of the many other villages around Jávea on the coast or inland.
