Located in a pedestrian street in the old town of Alcúdia, at just one minute walking from the main square, restaurants and shops, and 1500 meters from the white sandy beaches of Alcúdia bay. The house had been completely refubrished in 2017. On the ground floor are located the common areas: We access to a big, diaphanous space where we can find the living, the dinning and the kitchen. Looking through the window we can see the outside zone: Courtyard with a pool and a large porch. The rooms are located on the upper floors. Every room has its bathroom "en suite". The top floor also has a solarium terrace with views of the old town and the Sierra de Tramuntana. The house is equipped with conditioning air, WIFI, and other facilities such as smart TV with satellite connection, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. You can park in the surroundings (200m) for free. Ecotax fee to pay on arrival.

Alcúdia is a peninsula situated in the NE of the island of Majorca between its two bays – that of Alcúdia and that of Pollença – covering an area of 60 km2, with more than 30 km of coastline and some of the longest beaches in Majorca. The centre is only for pedestrians and in its streets you can enjoy a wide range of gastronomy and shopping. Every Tuesday and Sunday is celebrated the craft and food market which has its origins in the 14th century.
