Anneli has many years experience of hosting properties and will always do everything possible to provide great customer service. She responds quickly at all times and lives next to the house.

Property information

We rent out the ground floor of this villa, with a completely private entrance and private pool. The house was totally reformed with quality materials in 2022, so it's new and exclusive. All luxuries are available; bathrobes and 2 large bath towels per person. There is also a good piano and guitarr for the guests to use. The house and the interior is designed by a famous Architect of Malaga.

Neighbourhood information

It is a quiet neighbourhood. We have nice and quiet neighbours. It is a lovely place. Nice palm trees and flowers everywhere. The old white village of Benalmádena Pueblo is a 5-10 minutes walk away. Many good restaurants, bars and supermarket are there to be find. The sea is 10 minutes drive. There you wil find nice beaches. Towels for the beach are in the house. You can visit the old white town of Benalmádena Pueblo, 5 minutes walk. Lots of golf courses nearby. There are very nice hikes possible in the mountains. Tennis and Padel is nearby.
