This villa features a great chlorine pool -sizing 10 x 5 metres and with a water depth from 0.90 to 2.65 metres-, a round children pool -with 2 metres diameter and 0.5 metres depth-, 12 sun loungers and an exterior shower to wash off after a day in the beach. Then, a great garden area with lawn surrounds the pool and the house and it invites you to have a walk while breathing the fresh air. And, in order to enjoy a fantastic evening with a delicious barbecue, you have two porches (and an exterior toilet). The property is fenced and privacy is total. Regarding the accommodation, it features two buildings: the main two-storey house and a second annexed house. The main house stands out for its stone construction. Right at the entrance, you will find a comfortable living room where you can watch satellite TV. Its wood-burning cooker is only a decorative element that gives character to the room. The spacious gas kitchen, with a bar with stools, has a fantastic dining area with a fireplace. On this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with a double bed. On the upper floor are the other two bedrooms, both with a separate furnished terrace for quiet moments. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. The last bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have AC, a fan and wardrobe. During the winter, the house offers central heating. There is a cot and high chair if you are travelling with a baby. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The annexe has a furnished terrace and porch, living room, kitchen, bedroom with AC and bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

The annex has a furnished terrace and a porch where you can spend a while enjoying a coffee or a drink. When you enter you find a living area with TV, AC and a decorative chimney. It opens to the dining area and the kitchen that includes a gas cooktop. In order to rest, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, and a sofa bed for one of our extra guests. Finally, a bathtub bathroom completes this little house. Son Carrió is a little village that belongs to Sant Llorens des Cardassar, located very near the gorgeous beaches of Sa Coma and S'Illot and the Son Servera Pula Golf, all places about 4 to 11 km away. Although small, you will find all the necessary amenities you might during your stay. Only 9 km driving, you can visit Manacor city, known for its furniture industry. At the centre, you can do some shopping or try the Majorcan typical food at one of the excellent restaurants. The coast area is full of idyllic coves, like Cala Mendía, Cala Magrana or Cala Romantica or Porto Cristo beach, with its thin sand and crystallised water. Don't miss the famous Cuevas del Drac caves and its spectacular stalagmites and stalactites, as well as the underground lake!
