The generously constructed house offers space for 8 guests and enough parking space for 2 vehicles. On the heights of Benalmadena, on the road to the picturesque Mijas Pueblo, the house is built on a hill in an upcoming residential area. This privileged location offers great views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra de Mijas mountain. 320 days of sunshine spoil you with a pleasant climate all year round, so you can expect temperatures of over 20°C even in the winter months. On warm summer days, you can cool off in the 11 x 4 meter infinity pool and enjoy the view over the Mediterranean. Life on the Costa del Sol mainly takes place outside, which is why the 800 square meter plot offers all the amenities you could wish for. A large dining table for 8 people to dine outside, barbecue facilities, a comfortable lounge and various sun loungers invite you to linger and relax.

The Higueron shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy, dentist, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes away by car. These can also be easily reached by bus or on foot. There is also a children's playground in the area, about 600 meters away. It only takes 15 minutes by car from Málaga airport to your villa. The beach of Benalmadena or Fuengirola can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Marbella, the Spanish high society and the beautiful city of Málaga can be easily reached in 20 minutes.
