Villa Can Milana is a very charming villa built by Pedro Outzoup, the famous architect who created various houses in his unique style, formed by the influence of Ibizan and Menorcan styles. The chalet is located in La Mola in Puerto Andrtatx, one of the most sought-after areas on the island made up of the most exclusive chalets in Mallorca. Villa Can Milana offers its guests a spacious and bright living room with 2 separate areas: one with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a fireplace that creates a very cozy atmosphere, and another with benches covered with cushions, perfect for having a chat, reading a book or have a drink. On the same ground floor, connected by some steps, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with access to the pool area, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and its own bathroom with a shower, one with a double bed, and the third with a bunk bed, a single bed that can be converted into a double bed and its own bathroom with shower), and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, you will find another large bedroom with a double bed, a separate work area with a desk, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and two terraces: one of them has a small table and enjoys impressive 180º views of the sea and mountains. From this terrace, going up a spiral staircase, you can access the roof terrace that offers a 360º view over the sea, mountains, and Port Andratx. It is considered by many to be the most beautiful port in the Mediterranean: it is an elegant port, with a yacht club and a long promenade. It is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside in one of the many cafes or restaurants, and have your meals while enjoying the wonderful views of the port. There is a small beach in the port itself and several larger beaches (both sandy like Santa Ponsa, Camp de Mar, and Peguera and rocky like Costa de la Calma and Illetes) just a short drive away.
