We do a full sweep of the house before guests arrive so it is as clean as possible, but when surrounded by nature there can be some surprise guests every now and then .

I am Canadian and Raul is Spanish. I have Italian and Spanish roots however which is why I can speak Spanish as well as both English and French. I do also understand a bit of italian. Raul and I share this beautiful villa with you, though we live in a seperate part of it. We will therefore be available for any emergencies or details you might need. The only things we share are the exterior of the house (not including the terrace), the BBQ and picnic area. WE love hosting people and are happy to chat and guide you as best we can or be as invisible as needed. We both enjoy meeting people from around the world. I know what its like to travel and want to feel comfortable in the location where I plan on staying. For this reason, Raul and I plan on making everyones stays as comfortable as possible. As a renter, I also respect every establishment that I visit and hope you will treat our home the say way.

The villa is located in Teruel Capital. It is a small, medieval city with beautiful views and an incredible culture and heritage. It is well known as the Verona of Spain, due to its Legend of the Two Lovers of Teruel. You will find information about this waiting for you at the Villa. Aside from its pictoresque moorish architechture (the 4 towers are Unesco Protected), the Mausoleum of the Lovers of Teruel, the San Pedro Basilica, you may also find many routes for hiking or biking, Javalambre ski hills, Albarracin village (top 10 most beautiful in Spain), Sagunto beach (45min), Dinopolis (largest paleontological museum in Europe), la Fuente Cerrada, Calomarde waterfall and so much more. Teruel can be accessed by car, bus or train. You can also use blablacar if you are travelling light. Cars can be rented as well (teruel has an Avis office). Within the city, you can use bike, taxi, bus or car. Our home is just 2 minutes outside the city.
