The fine print
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
*In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
*On the day of check-out, no trash should be left in the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
