The villa was built in the year 2000.By local Spanish tradesmen using local
materials It was built to the highest standards in a rustic style .
I lived in Lanzarote for many years.I was an engineer before I retired.
I love the island it is a wonderful place to be.
I now spend my time continuously maintaining the villa and improving all
the time
