The fine print
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
A fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of office hours for missing keys or leaving them inside the accommodation. It is necessary for the guest to collect new keys from our office.
No trash should be left on the property on the day of departure. Guests are required to remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
Guests must register under Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26). An online check-in link will be sent to all guests shortly before their arrival date.
