Villa Ferrer is a beautifull house in the sevilian countryside. The house surrounded by garden with fruit trees and a private pool is in a very peacefull location yet only a 10 minutes drive to Seville downtown. Airconditioning and ceiling ventilators. Taxis and cabify are available to downtown eachway. Pyublic bus stop is at the entrance of the condo just a few minutes walking. Espartinas town is only 1 km away , here you can fin supermarket, pharmacy , bars , restaurant and everything you need. Seville airport 25 km Golf course Club Zaudin 8 km Hospital 4 Km Spermarket 1 km Nearest beach Matalascañas 85km

The house is in the peacfull countryside surrounded by olive trees. The surroundings are perfect for a morning walk under the sunshine. Take a grape fruit form one of the fruit trees in the garden and make youre own fresh juice.
