You will be able to enjoy at breakfast time and your meals an exceptional view day and night over the entire outdoor space, garden, swimming pool etc. You will be able to enjoy contemporary furniture, a very comfortable XXL sofa. All decorated in soft colors. The villa is located in the golf course near the seaside resort and the beach. Its interior tropical patio decorated with exotic plants will make you live an unforgettable vacation. On the upper floor a furnished solarium awaits you to enjoy the sun and its view of the golf course and the sea. The villa has 3 magnificent bedrooms decorated with great taste and two adjoining bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils. A magnificent Canarian garden awaits you for relaxation with its sun loungers and, of course, a beautiful swimming pool heated year-round. And not to forget the little ones, a playground awaits them.

The villa is located in a quiet development in the center of the Caleta de Fuste golf course, consisting of beautiful single-family homes. Just a short walk from the neighborhood, you'll find the Atlantico shopping center with its attractive shopping arcade. A pleasant stroll along the oceanfront will allow you to take a leisurely stroll. You can also enjoy the beautiful white sand beach.
