The single-storey country house with rustic décor has a cosy living room equipped with a fireplace and satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, 2 fans, a high chair, a baby cot and a parking space on the property. The stand-out highlight is the outdoor area with a garden embedded in Mediterranean vegetation, a covered terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue and a pool. Portopetro with its restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping facilities can be reached in approx. 3 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Cala Mondragó and Cala S'amarador, are just 1km away from the house (1 minute by car). From November until March the homeowner provides 30kg of wood for the fire each day. This is free of charge.
