Individual duplex chalet, located in the urbanization of Calan Bosch, On the ground floor we have, entrance, large barbecue with access to the pool and garden, four double bedrooms, two of them with double beds, two with two single beds in each and a bathroom. On the first floor we have an independent kitchen, with access to a terrace with sea views, large dining room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. We provide bed linen and bath towels, doing a cleaning review to the average stay, with change of towels and sheets, if your stay is equal to or greater than 9 nights. Private parking with capacity for 2 cars.

Neighbourhood information

Just 5 minutes walking you can find the commercial area and the marina with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and luegares of leisure. The town of Ciutadella is only 7 km.
