Our villa is located on a quiet cul de sac street in the gated community of Altea Hills. With a total area of 260 square meters, Villa Macondo is very close to the Campomanes Yacht Club with the beach, bars and restaurants. The house is built on two levels accessed through stairs to each floor. On the main floor there is the main entrance to a spacious living room and dining room for 6. On this level you have a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden and a half bathroom and a a spacious living room, large TV and a bedroom with twin beds, wall to wall closets and an ensuite full bathroom. The living room has sliding doors with access to a wonderful terrace with stunning sea views and alfresco dining for 6. A few steps down, there is another terrace with a BBQ area and another sitting area to dine or sit with a book or contemplate the Mediterranean sea. The lower floor has two extra large bedroom each with a foyer with dedicate work stations. One bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom wall to wall closets and access to a balcony with sea views. The Master bedroom is extra large with a spacious ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool area.

We are a family of five. We love to travel, discover new historic towns, and enjoy quality time at Villa Macondo. This eventually will be our retirement home but meanwhile we have decided to share our vacation home with visitors like you. We love to sail and water activities, hiking as well as visiting historic towns. Altea and the Costa Blanca are are ideal for these activities.

The Old town of Altea, surrounded by mountains, stunning, sea views and nature, is undoubtedly one of the most charming villages on the Costa Blanca. The evenings in the old part of town are very special with wonderful restaurants and boutiques spread around the medieval cobbled streets. The blue and white tiled dome of the church stands proudly among the glistening white houses and has become an icon of the Costa Blanca. Altea is also a short distance from the beaches of Calpe, Alfaz de Pi, La Nuncio and even Benidorm. However, Altea is much quieter and hospitable attracting people looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by a beautiful scenery. You can also take the Ferry to the Balearic islands from nearby Denia.
