Three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes provide privacy & comfort: master bedroom (160×200) with ensuite bathroom (shower, WC, bidet) & streaming TV, a second bedroom (160×200), a third bedroom (140×200), plus an additional bathroom with shower & WC. A utility room with washing machine, dryer & ironing station completes the facilities. The glass-enclosed chillout lounge with relaxation loungers opens onto the 100 m² pool terrace with a solar-heated saltwater pool (8.1 × 3.3 m, depth 1.55 m), Roman steps, separate outdoor bathroom with shower, loungers, parasols & seating areas. The terrace is fully walled for privacy, with a lockable garden gate – pure seclusion.

The glass-enclosed Summer House (using all year round) extends the living experience with a marble table for 12 people, lounge bar, refrigerator, sofa, streaming TV, a second fully equipped kitchen & a serving hatch to the terrace barbecue area – ideal for long evenings. Those who wish to stay active can use the indoor bike & stepper with panoramic views. At the far end of the property, discreetly separated by walls, lies the standalone Tiny House with its own entrance. The garden in between ensures privacy for all guests & opens up flexible options: as an extension for groups up to 12 people or for guests with their own staff. Next to it is a large garage with lockable lockers for regular guests – making travel without luggage possible; bicycles can also be securely stored. On Lanzarote, water shortages are becoming increasingly common. A major advantage of Madora is its private 60 m³ cistern, ensuring a reliable water supply at all times.
