Property information

Sea House is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. It perfectly combines contact with nature (quiet rural surroundings with abundant vegetation in its gardens) and a warm temperature all year round (La Punta de Tijarafe has one of the best climates on the island). The house is very spacious and has all the amenities you will need to enjoy unforgettable days: large private pool and solarium, kitchen with breakfast bar and several terraces and interior spaces designed for different times of the day such as barbecue, reading area, multimedia area, etc. Its two spacious bedrooms are very comfortable and silent. The whole house is very bright and spacious.

Both Sea House and Sun House are located in a very quiet residential street that perfectly combines the nature and authenticity of the rural areas of La Palma with the great kindness of its climate all year round. La Punta de Tijarafe is known for its enviable climate, one of the best in La Isla Bonita. Very close to the house you have a bar and a supermarket and at 10 minutes by car you will enjoy a greater variety of services (in the village of Tijarafe): supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, etc.
