The holiday villa is located in a small urbanisation, is fully equipped for 7 people and has a private swimming pool. The villa is located in the village of Limaria, which is part of the municipality of Arboleas. The villa has a walled plot (850 m2) with a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters and a beautiful view of the mountains. You can relax on several terraces and a porch for those who prefer to sit in the shade. It consist of a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and 1 family bathroom, There is also a spacious living room with a relaxing sofa and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, water coffee and Nespresso coffee machine.
The villa is very sheltered in the folds of the mountains. The winters are mild here and with just a little sun it is already pleasant here. Privacy is optimal in the small urbanisation with only local traffic. At about 10 minutes you will find all amenities in Albox that you need during a holiday, such as shops, cafes, restaurants. From Limaria there are many options to make trips, undertake activities, plan a day at the beach or visit cultural cities such as Granada, Murcia, Cartagena or Almeria.
