Elite Holiday Homes has been managing holiday rental houses and apartments since 2017 and now manages a total of 18 villas or apartments, but as Elite Club Resorts has been managing holiday resorts since the 1990s. Our local host has been working in tourism since 1999.

Property information

The actual villa is large (180m2) and perfect for up to 8 people. It has a lounge-dining area, kitchen-diner, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite); outside there is a spacious garden/patio with pool and BBQ. Guests can choose from 3 different areas to eat; in the open air, in the lounge-dining room or in the kitchen-diner, this last area is large so you can cook comfortably. The lounge has a large Smart TV so you can access your Amazon Prime, HBO and Netflix accounts as well as other apps and national channels (which offer some content in English). The main bedroom is spacious with an en suite bathroom as well as impressive views and also has a TV, the third bedroom also has a Smart TV. All the bedrooms have ample storage space. Enjoy the views out to sea and to Mount Teide from the patio, garden and swimming pool, which some guests have said are the best on the island.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Marina is located in the residential area called Los Naranjos (which translates as "The Orange Trees") in El Sauzal on the north coast of Tenerife and enjoys a privileged climate. The street is a cul de sac, so there is only traffic from the residents and it is extremely peaceful, a lot of the time you can just hear the sounds of nature itself. The area is just 20 minutes from the nearest airport, it is also close to the tourist area of Puerto de la Cruz and the World Heritage City La Laguna.
